Chapel Sainte-Avoye

Listed as a Historic Monument, this 16th century chapel century, located near the Sal river, is a jewel of the Renaissance. It has one of the rare preserved polychromatic chancel screens in Brittany. This wooden furniture is entirely carved and colored.

Chapel Notre-Dame de Locmaria 

This chapel was built during the XIIIth century. One can admire the framework and mural paintings among the most ancient in Morbihan.

Guided tour of the Sainte-Anne-d'Auray's sanctuary

Heraldry workshop

In the Middle Ages, following the evolution of military equipment, soldiers covered themselves with coloured distinctive signs to be able to recognize each other on the battlefield. The coat of arms is decorated with these signs. Quickly, it touches the whole medieval society, and from the twelfth century, anyone can have one. So why not you in the 21st century?

Concert of the Chamber Music Academy

Accompanied by their musical director, Jean-Charles Monciéro, solo viola at the Orchestre de l'Opéra de Paris, young musicians participating in the Chamber Music Academy will give a concert of the works worked during the internship.

Exhibition : "Fair play " by Muriel Bordier

Photographer Muriel Bordier is inspired by contemporary society, where technologies are pushing us frantically towards a culture of least effort in our daily lives. Designed in a participatory way, the exhibition «Fair play» gives to discover the alréens sportsmen, called to pose for photo sessions with their outfit and their sports equipment.

SAINTE-ANNE-D'AURAY

Exhibition : "Santa Ana"

Artist, pilgrim, globetrotter, photo-grapher Ferrante Ferranti travels the world in search of expressions of the sacred. He returns to Sainte-Anne-d'Auray this year, with the faces of Saint Anne whom he met in Brazil. The statues of devotion photographed in the museums there are compared with those of here, preserved in the collections of the sanctuary of Sainte-Anne-d'Auray.
